What is avg. vol(5day) ? Is it avg of last five day or summation of last 5 days

For nmdc avg vol(5 day) is 13 lacs and volume is 2 lacs on 17th apr.

Sir, I have come out with couple of stocks to trade on stock options for April Expiry.
Jindal steel , ITC, Cairn and Bharti Airtel. Please give your advise which is better to trade.
