Birla power Book Value is over 40Rs from Bal Sheet ending on march, 2009. but it's trading less than 4 rs. Why market discounted this share so much? The future prospects are not good??

Do you have any idea about JP Associates? I am planning to take that script for get bonus share. at what rate should i enter? everybody is saying that it will go down to 210 then enter in this counter. Pl. advice....
