You said exit long on rise. At what levels? Or I exit short and continue to hold long?

Hi Cb....you said Lanco has strong rsistance at 7 level.What do you mean by it?also holding JP POWER @ 18.50....it is 13.50 now...suffering loss.....should I hold that to make profit.....how much it will go?also please suggest some low value shares to book profit as I have no huge capital...for short or mid term...pls reply..
