I have 200 shares of L&T finance holding @ 86.50. Please advice me what should I do to get my value

Hi Cb......Purchased Hindalco @123.50 and JP Power @18.50.....suffering loss......please advise when to make profit from them....should I hold those two...and if I hold then how much those two will go in the long run......please advise
