Hi CB,
In Equity we short sell, we have to cover it in intraday. So if we write CE or PE, can we carry it for few days or we have to cover it in intraday? Also many a times both CE and PE are down.. Keeping premium decay with time... is it better idea to sell than buy options.. Like if expect stock price to increase, sell PE instead of buy CE.. fall in PE is more than increase in CE generally.. Please suggest.. Much appreciated
Kartik, replies: Hi Finfreak, if you short a CE or a PE, the loss can be unlmited and its not a good idea to short term, options may continue to trade flat with the decay factor coming in, shorting them is very risky
