I want to draw your attention to a query I had asked you on 1st Dec 13 about the holiday list for 2014. I am copy pasting the query and response here under. I think the list given in that page does not match the one given in the NSE India's list. Please do check it once more and do the need full.

Not withstanding this, I added my own confusion to the above and thought that 1st Jan is also a holiday. I was happily sitting today when a few mins back, my friend called up to ask how the market was doing today and then I realized it was a working day. :)
