Sir some clarity has now come on the news of united spirits and karnataka high court ruling any idea what will be the impact on united spirits on monday as i have bought 1 lot @ 2660. Should i come out at opening or should i keep a stoploss. Pls advise thanks

Strides Arcolab down 60% ,what is the reason?? if the reason is ex-dividend fall,then how actually happening in overnight change from 890 to 370?? is there any play behind or it is usual or expected??....its like simple hide and seek......please find me technically what was happened exactly ....just announcing dividend and making investor on trouble...still loss even if dividend paid...what is the corrective action y such drop happend???

CB, replies: Hi kodees, yes, its due to ex-dividend. you will get rs500 per share as dividend. whenever a dividend is declared, stock adjusts accordingly.

hello sir,,
one small basic question, i am thinking to short DLF 180 CE at 1.00Rupeee, suppose if dlf closes below 180, Do i need to buy back that position? what happens if won't buy back that position. (will i get 1rs profit or is there any extra charges as it is auto square of ) could you clarify on this..
CB, replies: Hi PRAHA, there is a penalty if you do not square it off. usually its around rs.500. its currently a out of money call. dont enter it yet.
