even mkt up too much 6500 acllnot perfornemed what will do..shall iext bycost too cost....or hold..hindalco call taken at 124...also waht willdo?

Dear CB,
I need one urgent suggestion.
On 3/12/2013 I purchased 80 X L&T in the price of 1050. And sold on 5/12/2013 in Rs 1080. All on a sudden on 5/12/2013 Evening I have received a SMS from sharekhan that "Delivery of shares bought in NSE on 03-12-2013 is received short, Larsen & T - 33. We are expecting Del / Closeout within 2 working days. " But on 3rd I already received sms and message that 80 shares bought. accordingly I sold on 5th from DP. But after that message next day I called sharekhan call center, they said on 3rd December 33 share was pending. And in a result on 5th there was a 33 shares short sell by me. Today is 4th day from that sell. Is there anything to do from myside ? also those 33 shares I still not received but money is not showing under my DMAT. Kindly suggest.
Is there any penalty will come to me ? and whose fault is this ? and how I can get justice ?
CB, replies: Hi Somen, this does happen rarely. its best to not sell shares before you see then in your demat account. you dont need to do anything now. they will be bought back automatically
