CB..Currently m in 40% profit in TCS, 13% in united Spirits and 7% in Alok..Can I book profit, pls advice?

HI CB. Exited LT at a small profit. presently holding bob, tatacoffee, reliance apollo hosp and sks. Can I exit sks now. Also am very concerned about DEN. Seems to be going low day by day even when markets are pretty strong..... Am currently in a heavy loss there. How long do you think I need to hold this
