Why many of the stocks are not trading Ex like Nimbhus indus/ power soft solution/vaswani indus etc. whether it is delisted or banned from trading.

Can you please provide details about stock brokers where i can buy Penny stocks and can hold it. Many brokers are not allowing to buy these stocks.
