Sir ,
The uptrend that we have seen in TATA STEEL from 200 to 300 and IN PNB from 400 to 560 still does not have people convinced inspite of a 50 % appreciation in just 15 days though the much talked about IT and Pharma have only given an appreciation of only 40 % in the last 3 MONTHS !!
Why is it so ?
When will we know that METALS and PSU Banks rally is for real and is a LONG TERM change of TREND ?
