Is there any site where we can see the addition or reduction of open interest in a stock future and also the change in the value of PUT / CALL values on a day to day basis ?

Sir ,
Can you suggest an OPTIONS STRATEGY that can capture the large swing that may happen in the market after the FOMC meet . The strategy should capture a profit whether the market swings wildly up or wildly down and should result in a LIMITED LOSS in case the market reaction is only muted either up or down .
I think I read about some such strategy recommended in Business Line paper once just before the Budget week .
