i have 500 cyndicate bank @ 73,today it rich 171 , what can i do sir ?

HI CB, want to know about ballarpur industries(paper industry).
when it was trading around 22 many analyst told to purchase it.
now it is trading around 9, may i purchase small qty??? or it will become penny stock like skumar??

chirtically if nifty manages to sustain 5740 to 5750 then it goes upto 5850, so we have to buy nifty in next trading day. please give advise.
