Sir ,
I exited TATA STEEL at 278 with a good loss though the stock had climbed to 289 during the day . Our HOLD strategy went wrong today . sadly this is the second time I got it wrong . First I sat out when it rallied from 265 to 283 ..and then I sat out when it crashed from 289 to 278 ...
Not the sign of a savvy trader ...heh...heh...heh... :( :(
I am unable to understand this huge volitility when market swings up and down 200 points in a matter of 10 -15 minutes .
Is there any stock at all which can weather this volitility and come out unscathed ?
Pl give me a pick for the next week when I most certainly not to trade EVERYDAY but just sit out holding the stock riding all the UPS as well as the DOWNS..
Pl HELP ...
Pick for me one among :
1) Long IDEA SEPTEMBER FUTURE around 160
2 ) Long TATA STEEL around 265
3) Long Dr Reddy / Auro Pharma
3 ) SHORT any stock you suggest

Sir I am holding Bank Nifty 9100 CE (@ 375) and Bank Nifty 10000 CE (@ 82) , shall I buy Hindalco PE or Nifty PE or some other stock PE to hedge these. Please advice .

HI KARTIK GOOD EVEN... still holding TATS STEEL long @ 287. and idfc long @ 84.50... inspite of mrket boooming.. both these stocks were down.. till mrng all tv channnels were prainsing TISCO,, now everyone saying its SELL CALL. and can go upto 254,.. badly stucked plz suggest some strategy to minimim losses.
