HI CB/Karthik,
Need a small clarification before branching out to options, i.e.
Are the resistances/ supports & Pivots identified in the cash market on an intraday basis, numerically the same in the options market?.

Sir ,
Is there any particular technical name or technical description for these huge long black candles we are seeing one after another on the daily charts ?
Is it identified as some particular type of occurance / phenomena ( Like we say bullish engulfing , Doji etc ) or what we are seeing in India now is something of a very very rare phenomena l caused by the huge FII selling for which there is no technical name .

Hello Kartik,
Today there was an intraday buy call on CAIRN with a SL of 310. Later it was suggested to hold for 1-2 days. So I bought 1 Lot 315CE @3.60 which subsequently touched 1.35 and closed at 2. At 3.10pm against my query CB advised me to hold it. Now what shall I do ? Can I expect some profit from this trade till expiry ? Thanks.
Kartik, replies: Hi Sandy C, GE, 300 acts as its strong support, it can give a bounce tomorrow, hold the Ce for a couple of days more its likely to give a bounce from its strong support
