Hi CB
After taking guidance from you I have started trading in options. I have few more question, I hope you don't mind.
1. I have jpassociate 37.50 CE, Suppose JP spot price reaches at 37.50 ,then 39 so on.So is it mandatory to sell the CE at 37.50 ? Suppose if I didn't sell it , then will it's premium still increase with the increase in price.
2. Based on my limited know I have purchase both 22.50 PE and 37.50 CE of JP associate. Does strategy like this works? If yes then how and how to handle it.
I will appreciate you help.

CB, replies: Hi sukhpal, no, you can continue to hold onto it. price will keep increasing. if you hold both ce and pe, profit will be less. if stock continues to fall, 37.50ce will eventually become 0 and 22.5 will move higher

Looks like my BUY of IDEA August future at 156 yesterday may actually open in the red today :)
Anything I should do to buy safety ?
And any level at which I should just exit and Book loss ?

Yesterday deliverables % increased to around 70% from last week 60% so, today we expect any upmove in this counter and suggest worth to hold any price recovery.

As I am new this option.I want to my manage my losses first ,So buying both(PE and CE) will be a good idea .right?or there is any other strategy?

Sir Thanks for ur concern, but i yesterday I have already enter into it ,both 22.50 PE and 37.50 CE.Now let's see how I manage it, will need ur help :)
