Hello Sir
I have a query on Sun pharma. It has declared bonus 1:1. It will go ex-bonus on Monday (29-07-13). I am holding a PE option of Sunpharma, strike 1080. How will it be affected. Will I be gaining or losing. Ur view plz !!!
CB, replies: Hi Abhinav, a bonus is nothing more than a stock split, its price shall reduced to half, but you shall now be having 2 shares of it

Sir ,
I have two queries for your kind advise ..
About a month back when LIC Hsg Finance was at 251 you advised me not to go long saying it has strong resistance at 260 . I am grateful for the the wisdom of your advise . It has now declined from the recent high of 280 to 189 ( a fall of almost 100 Rs from the high...! just makes me shudder ..! )
However considering such a huge fall does this make this stock a good value at this price and if so can we go long in August Futures for a small bounce till about 199 or even 206 ?
2 . I have gone long In IDEA August futures after reading your response to another reader 's query yesterday . I purchased one lot at 158 yesterday and today it closed at 164.8 . Can you kindly advise me the levels till which I can hold it for the short term and also whether it is on the other hand advisable to hold IDEA for the longer duration say 3- 6 months till the elections are announced ?

Sir had shorted ambuja cements 1 lot yesterday @ 171. Today seeing the upmove in this scrip should i keep the short intact or what would be your suggestion for the same kindly advise.

Yes, am holding SBIN 1100 @ 2365, AXISBAK 500 @ 1350, and ICICIBK 500 @ 1055.
for a long time. Several time I asked you whether shall sell and shift to some other script or will re-enter at lower level, but every time you advised not to sell or shift but to continuing hold, as these are very strong bets and will recover with market, but one's fortune can't be denied and luck can't be altered.
OK, now I shall buy 10300 pe (don't know whether will loose more or will able to save some of losses). what should be SL for spot price.
One more question - Shall I sell all these three scripts for the time being till bank nifty settled at a bottom level ?

iam holding BOB @620,Yes bank @425,Dena bank@ 75.Iam in huge loss.What will be the future of these stocks it seems very weak since 2-3 months.Needs your precious advice.Hope that with your advice i can minimize my loss.

CB, replies: Hi jayaraj, it has strong support in the 17.50-18 zone. if manages to hold onto these levels, can see a bounce from here. for now its a hold. in long term can test 40 levels again
