Whats your take on GRASIM, can I enter @ CMP or around 2325...
What will be the target on the upside and does it have a chance of losing some more ground, I am aware that it is in the Oversold territory.
Do You advice buying at Current levels

CB, replies: Hi Indranil, no, dont enter it yet..wait for some more time..its in oversold territory buy looks weak technically..let it stop falling and form a base..it may give a small bounce but also the sector as a whole is witnessing selling pressure.

Hi som, put/call rates are at every 5-10%.. they are active because people go ahead and bet on them expecting stock price to move higher or lower. 225 put rate will come down if stock moves higher. and it will move higher if stock continues to fall

Hi CB/Karthik,
Normally we buy shares which have High EPS and Low PE and stock recommendations are mostly based on these two and debt of the company. I see a completely different story about CAIRN. It has PE of 400+ and EPS of just 0.7 [got these stats from moneycontrol.com] how are people still buying this stock? Can you please tell me why?
CB, replies: Hi shriram, the higher the PE the more people are expecting the company to be better and williing to buy the stock at a higher rate.. its because company is very strong fundamentally and has good expansion plans.. PE only indicates the buying interest in a stock.
