Hi SP, Yes, you need to hold the share until the record date/EX-DIVIDEND, you can also enter it a day before the EX-DIVIDEND/record date

i had tatamotors 300 ce at Rs.9.40/- till expiry what is the target of tatmotors now it was at 296/- in stock

Till now I cannot fix a SL in a trade. I am basically trading in option segment. How to fix a SL ? Is it % of my investment for the particular trade? Is it the 1st. Support/Resistance level in Cash ? Today's low / high ?
How to fix it ?

CB, replies: Hi sanku, it is usually kept at support levels. for basics, can go with something like a 5 or 20dma. or last 1 weeks low.
