SIr,
I have done the option trading first time today .I have buy the put of 5500.WHen i buy it is shows the expire date 25 july, but it shows script name as NIFTY13JUL5500PE.
Why 13 july . i am confused.Please let me know upto which date I can hold it.

I don't understand what does it mean decay and why it showing 13july.It should show 25july.

gmdc came around 113 low of 52 week is more weakness possible worth or downtrend can pull down more

Sorry to bother you again .I have one more question ,what is difference between buying a put and selling a Call. Obviously there must be a difference that's why two option are provided, but I am not able to understand it
CB, replies: Hi sukhpal, no issues. selling a call can result in unlimited loss. its not advised to do that. if you feel a stock will fall, can always enter a pe instead ***************************************** ill be back in 30 min.
