Hi CB
I have never traded in option. I have learn some basic and I want to confirm is my understanding is correct. IF I buy a Put then I will earn profit when stockj price goes down. If I buy a call then I will earn profit when the stock price goes up.
The maximum loss will be the Premium paid.
Please let me is my understanding is correct?
