I have 100 of Development Credit Bank @ rs 43.25/-. Now trading @ rs. 47/-. What should I do? When should I sell?

Good Evening,
I want to invest in SIP basis in stock market from 5K-10K / month for 2-3 years. Suggest me a site/adviser for long term investment on regular basis may be 1 stock/month or multiple stocks/month distributed over the month. What sort of return I can expect from this type of investment ?
