sir having coal india @ 309, it has again bounced back today.. sir what do u think can it cross the 309 levels in the near time?

As the markets neared 5500 NIFTY everyone advised CAUTION and that we were in a BEAR MARKET and will go down to 5200 ....I SOLD all my holdings in a hurry...
When it rebounded to 5600 they advised CAUTION and said it cannot cross 5700...so SHORT IT ...
At 5720 they advised CAUTION saying resistance at 5800....
at 5820 they advised CAUTION saying 5950 surely cannot be crossed and market will TURN from here .and so SHORT even more...
At 6000 they said CAUTION....at 6100 they are saying CAUTION....
and I am sitting on the SIDELINES...waiting for a CORRECTION that never happens ...while Bank of India has moved from 280 to 340...Canara Bank from 370 to 424....and Axis bank from 1200 to 1500 all that the Indian comentators say while FII s make the market ZOOM ...is CAUTION...CAUTION...CAUTION....
is there anyone or any website that can give correct advise ?
