LONG TERM HOLDINGS MEANS HOW MUCH HOLDINGS AS I SUFFERED PAIN 5 MONTHS..AND NO WAY AND NO COURAGE TO ANY BUYING ANY STOCK AS THEY ARE GONE HIGHER LEVEL FROM THEIR LOWS..

buy sintex 50 pe 4 lots @ avg price 1.65, now 1.25
Hindalco 100 pe 2 lots @ 2.85 , now 2.55
