Hi Kartik/CB - There are news coming in New Channels that China is trying to announce war on India, which I believe will not happen but there is a tension at border, will this have any impact on Market?

Also, now Market had a very good run from 5500 levels to 5900+ levels... can I enter a Nifty PE now or wait for some more upside, what would be the upside Nifty for may series?
