    Hi mary, most welcome

Hi SACHIN, Yes, it can see some profit booking, enter with a SL at 2330 (cash) for a target of 2250

Hi Mat, it looks a good bet fundamentally, if possible hold it for another 1-2 years time for a target of 100+ rs

Hi raju, seems to have given a bounce from its strong support of 65, hold the short wit ha tight SL at 77 (cash)

    Sir,
Can u guide regarding option trading basic rules to me ? Actually the advisor giving good calls but no SL. How long an option can I hold and at what profits I should book as a thumb or basic rule ? How many days an option can be hold within a series?
    Thanks

Kartik, replies: Hi sanku, you can keep a SL in Cash Price, by identifying its strong support level, also keep trailing SL's in Cash instead of F&O, if in Futures, book once you get 2-3%, if in options, look for 20-25% gain

    Sir
I need to know the relation between variation in nifty future/ nifty Cash price and nifty option price. Future price is 5773 and 5700 PE is trading at 15.50. If future goes to 5830 what will be the approx expected price of the 5700 PE ?

Kartik, replies: Hi sanku, here’s some basic info: Ca and PA come in Futures and Options. In Options for a set of stocks there are calls and puts know as CA and PA at every levels. eg: Unitech has a CA at 90, 80, 70 as well a PUT 90, 80, 70. A trader thinking that Unitech might touch or move higher to 90, might enter 90 or 80 Call (CA), now if the stock moves up, then the price of the CALL will rise and at the same time the price of the PUT will decrease (since a put is bought when a trader expects a stock to move lower), calls and puts are available at cheap rates, i.e ranging from 3000 to 10000, on the other hand, in Futures you buy a set of stocks, each and every set has a minimum value of 3 Lacs, so a Unitech set might contain more than 3500 shares and the profit or loss is decided as per the Market price, if more queries, feel free to post them here
