According to the sources, the promoters
of Jet Airways are planning to fast track
OFS (Offer for Sale) plan. The promoters
of the company might dilute 6-8 percent
via OFS.
OFS is being fast tracked due to delay in
Jet-Etihad deal. OFS pricing is likely at
marginal premium to CMP.
The promoters of Jet Airways hold 80
percent stake in the company via
tailwinds. 6 percent of Jet Airways is
valued at around Rs 250-270 cr at CMP.

Hi karthik. Your view on adaniports futures today. Went up suddenly to 145.80 and slid back. Am holding for around a week with a loss of 20k. Pl let me know.if it would reach 153 in the next couple of days or if I need to exit ,where .
