how we have find short covering or fresh buying going on in one script during intraday?
for example today jsw steel suddenly 5 % jump whether is it short covering or fresh buying how we have identify?

my uncle has invested in 800 shares at regular intervals between 2300 and 2800 of infy n this is his only investment in stock market. he keeps it for long term only. He cud not exit yest and wishes to know if the long term perspective is still positive for infy ??
plz help as his loss is near 3lakhs
