DLF AND AIRTEL WAS BOUGHT AT 270 AND 345 RESP FOR MED TERM. But now in doubt as to exit or hold

approx 12000 (value) i hold in each of dlf and airtel. I m contemplating of exiting anyone of them and invest in bajaj hind and after i book profits in bajaj hind will again put the proceeds in one of dlf and airtel.
So which of them is more weak presently
