I m holding sterlite ind 1100@94 and new is coming sesa goa and sterlite merged. If anyone has 5 shares of sterlite , they can get 3 sesa goa. Why is u r view on this stock.. as per my calulation, it 's happened. I m in loss according to current mkt price, plz suggest, I can hold or sell

Kartik, replies: Hi Nitin Salhotra, technically sterlite looks weak, would advice to exit from sterlite as it broke its major support of 90 today, its more of a stock split, the price of the stock too shall be adjusted for the sesagoa stocks

Hi bb, if holding Dabur, keep it for another 2-3 days, it looks strong above 140, hold HDFC and HDFC Bank with a SL at 5670 on Nifty for a few more days
Hi Sneha, all of them look weak for now, dont make fresh entries in them at CMP, wait ofr osme more time

Hi Kartik,
Wanted to ask a basic question(due to some confusion).
I have 820 reliance call @ 12 for April expire. Now its price is @7 with CMP of underlying as 779. If i square off now, will it result in 5 Rs. loss X lot size or will loose my whole money 12 X lot size?

Kartik, replies: Hi GS, if Markets are trading around 5700 and you enter a option of 6500 or 4500, its a out of money call/put, as there are hardly any trades on it, on the other hand if you enter a 5700 CE/Pe ,its a money position
