i have 820 reliance call @ 12 for April expire its current strike price is 785 can i able to sell this call at current price 13 as it is out of money do i get the full money in this transaction and when ? ,immediately or after expire of this month , so if i sell it out of money then i will get money back or i will loose all money as it is out of money.kindly advice

CB, replies: Hi GS, you will get the full amount if its value becomes 0. selling an option is a high risk bet as loss here can be unlimited and profit limited. avoid it

Also I would like to invest around a lakh in buying some shares similar to the satyam and IGL bought and keep it for some time. Think it is better to buy largecap ones like LT, SBI etc as I think they would be stable bets unlike Unitech, Core Edn, JP associates etc... Is NOW the right time to buy . If so, suggest a good one which I can invest and probably sell in about a month's time with good returns.
CB, replies: Hi rissan, yes, large caps are safe bet as they recover along with markets. dont invest in these now. technically nifty still looks a bit weak

Any other already beaten share which I can invest CB which can give good returns in about a month. You had suggested Balmer Lawrie a week ago. Unfortunately I was offline for the week and hence could not invest. Can I invest now or do I wait for markets to correct further.
