Nifty broke 5760. Does it mean it will move more higher frm current level? Does it indicate bullish trend from now?

Hi CB,
Actually i was thinking of exiting TATA MOTORS short at 301.70. I shorted at 301.
but as you were not there to advise, i carried it. But now i am worried as global markets are very strong. Therefore, i am asking whether i should take a small hit and short it again higher near 312???? Also, i have to manage TCS short @1516.
