at what level to acumulate bhel??

i guess u missed my question,sir,actually u suggested me to hold on to my UNITED SPIRITS 2200 ce which was bought @ Rs.16,although the stock touched the day high of 1946 but the ce is still trading around Rs.8,wat to do ,plz suggest.

i have bhel @ 228,,3000qty and hedge with feb. short @ 232 (2lots ) and 220 put @ 5.3 2 lots.my plan to get dividend.and it is already go to dmat ac.if i exit today can i get dividend?or which date to exit ?
