I have tataglobal at 60 Rs. Stock is falling , i am holding as this was supposed to be good stock. At waht point I can buy more to average price? Pls advise

orchid chem in june 2009 fell around 70 lvls and rose to 325 + in 3 years
now back around 82 is more weakness possible and lvls for better profit

usually mkt correct 5-10 % during budget months? i heard in feb. month, nifty 300-500 points down every year feb. months...pl. reply.will it true ? and will agian happen in this year?
