Hi CB What is your view on the following stocks 3i Infotech,Torrent Pharma,TFCI and Opto Circuits? Im looking to invest in these stocks but dont have much background knowledge about TFCI and Torrent how do these look fundamentally ? Suggest me a Investment entry point and a timeframe for the above stocks,Im a medium to long term investor. Also i have been tracking Orbit Corporation...Ive seen it run up from 165Rs. from the 19th of Sept to 242Rs. at current leves....any idea on how good this company is for investment!

CB, replies: Hi Ashu, if nifty breaks support at 4930 we can see 4850 in coming days. as of now invest in small quantities in the above 4.. tfci is a strong company fundamentally.. these can add 20-25% in 3-4 months.

CB, replies: Hi Anand, it has strong support at 240. its a good bet and can add 10% in short term. bharti can be bought in small quantities around 350 level.

Sir ,the following time period is correct or not? Short term:- 1to 2 weak medium term:- 2 to12 weak long term :- 12weak &above.

What do you say for monday market? Flat to up or flat to down.. pl advice...do u see tata motors coming to 598 levels again on monday as on friday or move down?

Hi Vince,
Pivot point is calculated as average of Previous Days High, Previous day Low and Previous Day Close..
And if the value arrived is less than PP it's a sell and it's more than PP it's a Buy. But then it's not a hard and fast rule.. You need to see lot of other technicals.. I am also trying to understand this... Try reading articles in www.investopedia.com

Hi sorry for the confusion
I mean
PP= (Prev. day high+Prev day low+ Prev Day Close)/3
If PP value so arrived from above is less than the Current Market Price it's a Sell and if it's above Current Market Price it's a buy decision..
But be careful this is not a hard and fast rule.

No.. It is less than the CMP.. so sell.. but don't only follow this rule... It's one of the indicator only.. You need to take lot of points into consideration..
