What do you say for monday market? Flat to up or flat to down.. pl advice...do u see tata motors coming to 598 levels again on monday as on friday or move down?

Hi Vince,
Pivot point is calculated as average of Previous Days High, Previous day Low and Previous Day Close..
And if the value arrived is less than PP it's a sell and it's more than PP it's a Buy. But then it's not a hard and fast rule.. You need to see lot of other technicals.. I am also trying to understand this... Try reading articles in www.investopedia.com

I mean
PP= (Prev. day high+Prev day low+ Prev Day Close)/3
If PP value so arrived from above is less than the Current Market Price it's a Sell and if it's above Current Market Price it's a buy decision..
But be careful this is not a hard and fast rule.

Hi AC,
No.. It is less than the CMP.. so sell.. but don't only follow this rule... It's one of the indicator only.. You need to take lot of points into consideration..
