Hi CB,
Why Reliance is doing all these activities like merger of shares of RIL & RPL at 1:16; sale of treasury shares and issue of bonus shares?What do u think is the strategy of promoter group behind these activities.
Do you think that all these are promoter cash outflow/market capitalization accretive or will these activities really give benefit to minority shareholders and all other investors in the company or in other words, just create a higher value for promoter group?
Can you pls clarify on this or throw some light on what u think of all these corporate actions are for?Really benefitable to the company and all of it's shareholders or not?
Reliance has so far not given any bonus of such magnitude since last 12 years despite it's share price sky rocketing like anything during the same period?So Why now suddenly?
Are it's revenues growing rapidly henceforth?Pls let us know its FY11 & 12 projected #'s if possible.

Hi Niju, no.. we wont see much downside. hold onto these stocks..they are very strong fundamentally and will do well in short term.. keep them for a months time.
