Sir, i had 2500 shares of Kanpur Plastipack Ltd @ 38.80. Why is the stock gone so down? What should i do now. Should i average at these level or stay invested or sell n book loss?

I m having 4 lac shares of Shree Ashtavinayak Cine Vision Ltd. at an avg price of 3.30.
Should i continue to hold these ?
Should i book loss or should buy more shares in order to make my avg price lower?
are there any chances of increase in its price in coming 3-4 months?

can you tell me why Bharti has that much potential? why is it better than all in telecom sector?
