Pl tell me can i go long in PFC or IDFC futures with a view of 10 days and can get 7-8% upside.

1) Suzlon has been the only stock having a blood bath in my portfolio. Need your advice on it for a long/medium term perspective..
Holding 500 @ 57.68 (Should i avg it down or exit with losses?)
