Dear CB,
Is there any timezone change for the European markets? It used to open at 12.30. Now it does not seem to open at that time. Seems to be opening later. Why and when is it opening these days?

I am stuck up in Biocon at 400 level. At what level I shd buy now.Today it is up above 200 DMA around 165. Is this a buy now for target of 280. Pls advise.
