Sir what is your view on exide and bata. Holding a lot each in nov series bata @ 901 and exide @ 139. Any target and stoploss. Pls let me know. Thanks.
CB, replies: Hi Anita, hold them with a SL at 890 and 135 (both support levels), they can manage to add some gains ahead if Markests trade strong ahead

What to do ? It has closed below 355. Should i short dec lot to hedge?

क्या आप फ्यूचर ऑप्शन में ‘निवेश’ करते हैं?
राजीव रंजन झा : वैसे तो एक निवेशक और कारोबारी के अंतर पर मैंने पहले भी लिखा है, लेकिन कुछ चीजों को बार-बार दोहराना जरूरी हो जाता है।
शेयर बाजार में पैसा लगाने से पहले आपके लिए यह समझना जरूरी है कि आप निवेश करना चाहते हैं या कारोबारी सौदे। लेकिन इसके बावजूद अक्सर हमें आम लोगों के ऐसे सवाल सुनने को मिलते हैं, जिनसे साफ लगता है कि निवेशक और कारोबारी होने के बीच का फर्क लोग समझ नहीं पाते। इसीलिए हमें ऐसे सवाल सुनने को मिलते हैं कि “मैंने डीएलएफ के फ्यूचर में 2 लॉट का निवेश किया है, आगे क्या करना चाहिए?”
निवेश का मतलब एक पौधा रोपना है, जो समय के साथ बढ़ता है। निवेश करते समय आप 2-4 दिन में मुनाफा ले कर निकलने की नहीं सोचते। निवेश की सबसे छोटी अवधि भी 6 महीने की होती है। जब आप 1-2 साल के लिए कहीं पैसा लगाते हैं, तो उसे मध्यम अवधि का निवेश कहते हैं। जब आप 3 साल या उससे ज्यादा समय का निवेश करते हैं, तो उसे लंबी अवधि का निवेश कहा जा सकता है। हालाँकि अब जल्दी फसल काटने की इतनी बेताबी दिखती है कि अवधि के पैमाने ही बदल गये हैं। लोग मजाक में कहते हैं कि सुबह पैसा लगा कर शाम तक छोड़ दिया तो वह लंबी अवधि हो गयी!
लेकिन मजाक अपनी जगह है। इससे निवेश की दुनिया की हकीकत नहीं बदलती। हकीकत यह है कि जब आप एकदिनी (इंट्राडे) कारोबार करते हैं या कुछ दिनों में फायदा लेने के मकसद से खरीद-बिक्री करते हैं तो उसे कारोबारी सौदा ही कहा जा सकता है, निवेश नहीं। फायदा या घाटा तो कारोबारी सौदों में भी हो सकता है और निवेश में भी। लेकिन दोनों की प्रकृति काफी अलग है। निवेश करना तो हर किसी के लिए संभव है, लेकिन कारोबारी सौदों से फायदा वही उठा सकते हैं जिन्हें इसकी बारीकियाँ पता हों और वे इसके लिए पर्याप्त समय भी दे सकें।
जब आप फ्यूचर या ऑप्शन जैसे माध्यमों से सौदे करते हैं या एकदिनी (इंट्राडे) सौदे करते हैं तो बिल्कुल तात्कालिक वजहों से बाजार में आने वाले किसी उतार-चढ़ाव का फायदा उठाना चाहते हैं। ये निवेश का माध्यम ही नहीं हैं, इनके जरिये आप केवल सौदे कर सकते हैं। सेट्लमेंट के समय तक आपको अपने वे सौदे निपटाने भी होते हैं। तकनीकी सलाह देख कर जब आप एकदिनी या 2-4 दिनों के सौदे करते हैं, तो वहाँ भी यही बात लागू होती है। एकदिनी सौदा आपने 3 बजे तक नहीं निपटाया तो उसके बाद ब्रोकर खुद ही उसे निपटा देगा, मतलब अगर आपने पहले कुछ शेयर खरीदे थे तो उतने ही शेयर बेच दिये जायेंगे। हालाँकि 2-4 दिनों के सौदों के लिए शेयरों की डिलीवरी लेने वाले कई लोग भाव नीचे आने पर लंबी अवधि के निवेशक बन जाते हैं – मजबूर निवेशक! How about Dabur at curent level. Dabur results are good and in-line with the expectation. Any reason for today's fall? What will be the target?

I m short in rel capital future at 424.6 with call of 420. On monday it is rbi policy which can cause it to give wild movement in both sides...what is your view...will it break down to 400 or will bounce back to 440
CB, replies: Hi bobby, hold the short for a few more days, keep a SL at 415 for RELCAP CE (avoid entering opposite positions at the same time, it usally ends up in the same profit/loss)
