    Hi Team,

First of all my big thanks for your replies and for the very constructive site your team is running.

For the past 3 years I’m doing trading and till date I have lost lot of my hard earned money. But at one point I understood, trading is game which can be won by logic and not by luck. Nowadays after getting my queries clarified from your team before making any investment, I looking some profits. Many Thanks :J

But still sometimes the shares I’m investing are going down unexpectedly. Last month I have purchased IOB @ Rs.80 and suddenly within a day it went to Rs.71. This month I have purchased Hexaware @ 121 and now it went to 111. I want to Buy and Sell shares in 2-3 weeks time period with basic profit.

Could you please provide me few points to be noted or any calculation before purchasing a share? I haven’t know much about the technical terms, would be very helpful if you mention it in simple terms.

Apologies for my big text eating your web page, but I hope this points would definitely help most people visiting your site.

    Regards,
    Pradeep.

Kartik, replies: Hi Pradeep, sure, you may try learning the basics of technical analysis, which would help you understand the support/resistance level, would be better to make a moving in a stock after you have studied its support/ resistance level which would help you know where you would put SL's for your trades, for now Hexaware faces strong support at 110 lvs, you may place a SL at 108 for it, here's a good e-book to start with: http://www.mediafire.com/?2paeoqo6u6hsj4t

    Dear CB / Kartik,

Good Evening! What is your opinion on CESC? The other day you had good comments on that, but somehow, I couldn't go ahead and it went Rs.9 up. It seems to be close to it's resistance. What do you suggest? Do we wait to cross the resistance or can we still trade it? Please advise.

    Thanks,
    Kris

Kartik, replies: Hi Kris, would be better to wait for some dip in it

Hi Pradeep, Hi Kris, Hi Pradeep, Though the question is for the team, I shall give some tips, probably you might use it. First use 200 and 50 EMA. If the stocks trading below 200 they were long time bearish and ovoid them. So, pick the stocks that travel above 200 EMA. Now, use the 50 EMA for entry and EXIT. Do lot of Backtest and you might find that this was an important tip.

Kartik, replies: Hi Maxraj, thanks for your sharing

Hi Pradeep, you can take 50 or 200 dma use this logic.if a shares 200 dma is 100 and it current price is 107 ok.you must follow the stock daily, when the stock reach 100(200 dma change on that day) you can buy it because if it reach its 200 dma first time surely it will bounce back to 2 or 3 percent.if u can dowload this data from ichart.any doubt mail to [email protected]

Kartik, replies: Hi sarath, thanks for your sharing
