Good Evening! What is your opinion on CESC? It is appearing in the break out section. It has also formed a long white candle with large volume. What does that indicate? Is it a group A stock or not? Is it safe trading in this?

We seem to be back once again in the uptrend, but I would like to attract your attention to the fact that Today The FIIs and the DIIs have been net sellers of 68 and 184 cr approx. despite that nifty managed to gain.
Really Confused, either the figs reported in the NSE is wrong or there is something that we small investors are not being able to lay our fingers on
