Indusbank results are supposed to be very good. Yet the price has gone down by 10points..do you see further downside?? pls edvise.....the price now is 358.25 in futures.

I have 100 shares of Carol Info Services Ltd. which has been delisted from stock exchange and had provided an exit offer at a price of Rs. 165 per share till march, 2013.
I am totally confused that whether i should opt for exit offer or carry to hold on the shares and wait for relisting???
I am a longterm investor, so pls rply my query???
