U mean after fine is levied it will be sent for auction and then will be bought at that particular price and profits and losses incur to me accordingly ?
Kartik, replies: Hi Lalith, yes. it depends on broker to broker as to how much they charge as fine. it will be squared off at the rate it trades on 3rd day around 1-2pm

I short sold 110 Bajaj Auto Finance Ltd. @ 266 today but could not cover it ........can i cover it on the next trading day if i get a chance to ? what will u suggest me to do now ?
Kartik, replies: Hi Lalith, you cannot cover it now. your broker will send it to auction. inform him about this. if the stock continues to move higher you loss will increase if it comes down then you could profit.
