Sir dow is plus by 130 , but sgx nifty is only plus by 5-6 points . How come .

When a stocks move above/below a 10 days Moving average then after how much time one should buy/short that stock. same inquiry about 50 DMA and 200DMA.

on friday fii's was net sell -211.08 so nifty will go down for further days
