If i do not cover the short sell before the end of the day it will go for auction and will be bought at the market price during the auction is it ryt…..

Kartik, replies: Hi Lalith, no, you need to exit today. if you continue to hold u will be fined 20% of total investment by your broker. you can hold short positions only in futures, not cash market.
