I bought 150 dlf @ 209.50 & Tata global services 200 shares @ 128.50. both for intraday. How much it will go today.

Hi,
I want to take a positonal call on nifty or bank nifty.
Should i wait to enter long near 5050 levels or short near 5280-5300 levels??
Or any stock in which this kind of position may be taken for 8-10 % movemnt??
Since i am loosing heaviliy in day today trade??
