Sir, United Spirits its trading at 794(Cash) and 796(July Futures), is this difference amount is called premium, What direction it indicates. can we go short on it ?
CB, replies: Hi Arjun, yes. its premium. indcates buyers are ready to buy it at a higher rate as of now. techncially below 805 looks a bit weak. dont enter yet.
