I have working with an IT company (listed company) for more than 3 years. 10 months back, I left the company. I have been following up the finance team of my old company to withdraw my SuperAnnuation fund amount (which is held with ICICI Prudential). Till now, there is no meaningful response from them.
What are the possible ways to proceed legally ? Please suggest !!
